Design and make your only one ID card holder by leather



My old one. Worn-out, and photobleached.
But, my motivation is different..
"Why cardholder cannot always sit in front side?"


Hand drawing to think, new key-feature, original design (only for me), and fabrication method.


I checked commercial available ones.
I must know the current techs, and lacked points.

"Okay, card must be held by two points. These points can be used for lock/seal."


Check the size of ID card.


Cut for two sides.


Clear plastic plates, being cut.


Test-assemble.


Drill holes, and stich.


"Card must be in correct, position!"
Support bases, being glued.


Drill holes in outer lines, and stich.


Twisth three leather strings, for neck strap.


Metal screws and clips, as ankers.


Stain the edges by pens.

finished product with new ideas


DONE!!
