customized bike seat

why?

I have medical problems in my left hip and leg.
Hip jouint and bones are deformed.
For better function , I need asymmetry seat for bike.


Thick uretane sponge tapes were used.
However those modificated parts were easily worn out due to pedalling movement.



new bike seat


remove support plastic part


Drill small holes, and sew leather sheet onto seat.


Urethane sponge sheet. Three-dimensionally cut into pieces.


Assemtble to make new shape.

use heat-gun for better shaping


DONE!! go for ride!!
