repair oil-pump

cheap no-brand press machine with oilpump


oil leaks by deterioration over time


rubber O-ring set (no-brand)


cotter pin set (no-barnd)


jack oil


oil-pump removed from press machine


pull out cotter pin and disassemble


pull out cylinder


O-ring (two pieces) removed


replaced with new O-ring


remove oil-filler cap, discard oil jack-oil


remove relief valve


fill with new oil, and re-assemble


press, bleed, release, re-fill,


bleeding air from cylinder


done!, check function
