disposal and garbage separation for recycle

how to dispose unnecessary things for effective recycle under minimum cost? important issue also for science

official rules

guide from goverment (shimotsuke-city)

guide from our university
rule differs between home and industrial garbage

example: image capture machine for gel

one example, old image capturing machine for gel (biological research purpose)

big and heavy as it is
usually we dipose "as it is", but it means big cost and no recycle

some says, "contact to sellers"
possible, but not good solution for cost saving and recycle purpose

check how it is made
any parts for recycle?

tools for disassemble

now, start!

Movie: play MP4 image00

it took 0.5hours for 50%, 1hour to 80%, 1.5hours for 100% disassemble
50% is enough for cost-saving

metals (iron and alminium)
we can sell these things for recycle company!
best for recycle and so-called SDGs

glasses, we can check mercury now. very safe when disassembled

plastic, wiring and circuit board
usually these things cost much for industrial disposal
cost can be saved when disassembled and minimized non-recyclable garbage volume

we got this lens for re-use
very expensive and high-quality parts

disassemble brought us many info, many tech and many resources

another example, we can obtain very good "AC-DC power source" from disposed PC

but no one do this

this is garbage collection place for our university/hospital
everybody dispose these as it is
but some machines have very expensive, re-usable parts
but cost can be saved when disassembled

i know everybody says "because we our busy", "other staff must handle this", "because rule accepts",,
may be true, but not best for enviroment, costs etc..
not best for knowing tech/skills

my tech skills started from disassembling garbage
i dont understand why people do not do this disassembling

recently, one of the big social issues is "safe way for dumping lithium-ion battery"
why harmful? why risky?
because no one cares how its made and how to disassemble
