how to dispose unnecessary things for effective recycle under minimum cost?
important issue also for science

example: image capture machine for gel

usually we dipose "as it is", but it means big cost and no recycle
some says, "contact to sellers"

50% is enough for cost-saving

why harmful? why risky?
because no one cares how its made and how to disassemble
