発声エンジンは市販のものを使いましたが
制御は自分で作ったプログラムを使います。
部品の適度な流用は欠かせないので、世のなかの部品をしることはとても大事
html, javascript, php, sqlといった知識は必要ですが、
機能的なwebを直接構築できます。三次元表示、データベース処理、なんでも。。
